We’re going to Nationals!
Help us cheer the team on as they head to Portland for Nike Cross Nationals. The girls race Saturday at 12:05 PM CT, and we can’t wait to cheer them on! If you would like to join the team for a watch party, come to Auditorium 2 at WHS starting at 11:15. The boys race will also be shown 1:35 PM CT.

50 Years of CC
This year we are celebrating 50 years of girls cross country as a high school sport in Minnesota! We will have a 50th season celebration on Saturday, August 17th along with the Alumni Race. Join us to race at 9AM and celebrate afterward! What memories of running do you have to share with our current team?
The season starts on Monday, August 12th, so make sure you are registered ASAP! You can sign up here.
Make sure you are ready for the season with a watch & fitted running shoes. You can go to TC Running or Gear West to get fitted for shoes and get a student athlete discount! You might even see some of your teammates or coaches at TC!
Once the season starts we will get information out about Baker camp & Booster cards. Be on the lookout for that!
Make sure you are continuing your training to ramp up quickly when the season starts! Summer training is all about building a strong base.

There will be another ordering window at the start of the season, and items should be delivered midway through the season.
