Congrats to the girls who completed the 5K as well as the girls who ran the last two Thursday races.

Friday & Next Week:

1. McDonald's Wayzata Run Friday 10/8

  • 1-mile recovery run to the McDonalds

  • Kids need money if they want to purchase anything. Kids are NOT required to purchase anything.

  • Kids will be back to Central by 5:30 for pickup.

  • We have volunteers helping us with the crosswalk

2. Race on Tuesday, October 12

  • Location: Freeman Park - 25838 Highway 7 Shorewood, MN 55331

  • Time: 8th Girls @ 4:50, 7th @ 5:30

  • Distance: 1.5 Miles

Athletes will be dismissed from school at 3:05 - bus leaves 3:15 (central bus only)

3. East & West Families:

Thank you to the West and East parents that been helping drive. Unfortunately, will not have East and West busses for races for the rest of the year. Let us know if you are having issues with finding rides.

Please know that you can either take your athlete/rideshare to our meets OR drop your athlete/rideshare off at Central at the bus pick up time and we will take them to the meet in the Central busses.

We will be asking East & West girls at practice what their ride plan is.
