Practice takes place in the morning for the first week of the season and the following Monday/Tuesday before the overnight team retreat.

When school starts, athletes will practice Monday - Friday from 3:40 PM - 5:40 PM.

Saturday mornings, when there is no high school race scheduled, practice will be held off site at Gleason Lake Elementary School's Luce Line entrance from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM. Unless otherwise noted.
