The first day of practice is Monday August 14, 2023. Registration must be complete in order to practice with the team. 

General practice details for the first few weeks can be found in the information packet!

When school starts, athletes will practice Monday - Friday from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM.

Saturday mornings, when there is no high school race scheduled, practice will be held at Gleason Lake Elementary School's Luce Line entrance from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM. Unless otherwise noted.
