XC Parent Donuts & Coffee

Come join us for coffee and donuts this Saturday from 10 AM - 12:30 PM during the Metro Invitational race. This is a great opportunity to meet the parents of the girls XC team and also celebrate 50 yrs of XC at Wayzata High School. Please wear your Wayzata spirit wear and help cheer on our girls! After the races, stay for the awards ceremony & cheer on our runners as they get awards. Look for the blue & yellow awnings.

Monday August 27 - Practice Plan CHANGE

We are changing plans today, so we are hoping you see this message. Please make it a goal to contact as many of your teammates as possible, especially those that avoid their e-mails. 

We would like you to get your run in at some time today before the thunder-boomers get here. Your run should be a medium run today with some strides.

This is for everyone, group one, group two and middle school athletes.

We will still meet at 3:30 pm in gyms 7 and 8 for practice but will not have a big workout. If there is a window in the weather, we will go outside, so be prepared. '

This is where we find out how good we are going to be on days like today. How do you deal with chaos? This could actually turn out to have a to of benefit if you get out the door on your own.
