After the first day of school, the team took time to center their bodies and minds. This fall has a lot of adjustments with a new school start time, new practice time, new classes, new race schedule and more. It is extremely important for our team to take time to slow down and be present for the workout ahead.

Nike Athletes of the Week
Maddie Bocek (SR) was awarded Nike Athlete of the Week after shaving three minutes off her personal 5K record at Orono.
Maddie chose to share the spotlight with Kara Pearson (JR) after being inspired by Kara's impressive finish, also at Orono.

BLACK TEAM IS ON A COME BACK! FROM LAST PLACE IN THE COLOR TEAM RANKINGS, THEY ROSE TO THE CHALLENGE OF THE HULA HOOP SCRAMBLE TO SECURE FIRST PLACE IN TODAY'S COLOR TEAM CHALLENGE.
Senior Captain Sam Lettenberger, was leaving it all on the court to maintain Red Team's first place standings. Unfortunately, Red Team placed 7th in today's color team challenge.
