Anna French leads the Trojans to a 2nd place finish. The young Trojans handled the heat and competition magnificently as the championship part of the season began in earnest.
Forty runners did not finish the day as conditions were very challenging. The Saugus girls were tough as the heat was not a factor for the team from California.
Michaela ran her best race of the year finishing 20th overall. She slowly is rounding into form as the season progresses.

The Wayzata girls ran in different races winning four.
Annika Lerdall leading the young trojans to a 2nd place finish against a top-flight Willmar squad. She went on to win the race beating three top 13 ranked runners.
Ellie Emerick leading Wayzata JV to a big win. She finished first in convincing fashion.
Maeve Andrews, Melissa Drenckhahn,Kristine Keller-Miller, Mike Keller-Miller,Evelyn Frenz, Anna French, and Claudia Schmitt take home first at the Mayo invite and wonder if the trophy is a Wombat?

Annika Lerdall, Jaycie Thomsen, Michaela Keller-Miller, Sam Lettenberger finish strong on a water sodden day in Wisconsin finishing 6th through 9th. Anna French was the individual winner. Both Varsity and JV won the team races.
