Terrific 22 Girls Rankings (September 5th) by Chaz Caiado "High School Harrier"

"Over half the top national programs have started their competitive seasons and we are starting to see glimpses of what to expect this fall. A reminder that the T22 isn’t a straight top 22 in the country but is designed to rank teams based on if Nike Cross was today therefore teams can drop from a top 10 ranking to being unranked and vice versa depending on how they and their region looks.

7) Wayzata (H) 8- Coming into the season unranked, Wayzata raced like a team on fire this past weekend at the St. Olaf High School Showcase. Perhaps it was having two girls named Ping to chase, but the Wayzata girls averaged over a minute faster than the next team. Don’t be surprised to see this team climb higher each week."
